4 images of wild Minks along a Connecticut canal

Over the years I’ve had about a dozen or so wild mink encounters. Most recently while biking
along the Windsor Locks Canal State Park Trail which runs parallel to the Connecticut river.
It was at the end of a day in May of 2013. Flocks of various sizes from cottonseeds were drifting.
I was able to get off the bike discreetly and followed the mink for about 50 yards, snapping a few images of the agile swimmer which, in fact, could have been a River Otter or even a Beaver..?
All other images on this page were taken in the vicinity during April of 2005 from across
the canal at a distance of from 20 to 30 yards. By then I knew some of the ways of the Mink...
